Mimyk Healthcare Simulation
Mimyk is a deep-tech spin-off from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. It is building an intelligent and immersive surgical platform powered by AR/VR, Robotics, and Visual Computing. The platform reduces complications and improves safety and outcome in surgical and interventional procedures. Mimyk’s work is built on strong interdisciplinary research activity at IISc. Mimyk’s first product is a novel Virtual Reality (VR) and haptics enabled simulation platform for training doctors in endoscopy. Mimyk is working on extending the technology platform to planning and in-procedure assistance.
